planes, trains, mining and construction equipment, oil wells, pipes, toys,
space shuttles, wind turbines, nuclear plants, and more. Forging is the process
of shaping the metals using compressive forces, which are then further
processed to obtain a finished part. There are various types of forging methods
such as closed die forging, cold forging, and open die forging.
